Gratitude Journal: January 5, 2023

I had a lovely work session at the garden this morning, from 9.30 - noon. Found a bright yellow bench under deep shade, with the ocean to my left and a massive banyan tree to my right.

Ate the most delicious strawberry dark chocolate mousse. It was rich and dark and very pleasurable.

 Wished my nephew Happy Birthday and got an awesome hug back. Finished some difficult code stuff. Attended a kid's birthday party in the suburbs and took part in a scavenger hunt, which was super fun. Met some cool kids, ate nice cake. Crashed at a friend's place. Woke up early and stared at the ocean until it blurred even more than it could.
